Mr. Tang joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Seiler LLP, a public accounting firm in the Bay Area, where he covered financial statement audits and reviews.

Mr. Tang is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz (Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Economics concentrated in Accounting) and was raised in Hong Kong.
