Lee Nussbaum is a Managing Director at Paine Schwartz Partners.

Mr. Nussbaum joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Managing Director at Trilantic North America where he worked for 12 years. While at Trilantic, Mr. Nussbaum helped lead the firm’s investments in the consumer sector. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nussbaum worked at UBS and Guggenheim Partners.

Mr. Nussbaum is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (B.B.A. with high distinction). He was raised on Long Island and now lives with his family in Westchester, NY.
