JJ Grow is an Operating Director at Paine Schwartz Partners.

Mr. Grow was the Chairman of Verdesian Life Sciences from 2016 – 2021, after co-founding and leading the company as their Chief Executive Officer for 5 years. Prior to being named the CEO of Verdesian, Mr. Grow was Executive Vice President in charge of sales for Nufarm Americas. He is an entrepreneur with a proven track record, and an extensive network in the crop-protection industry. In 2003, Mr. Grow started Gro-Pro LLC/Etigra, a turf, ornamental, aquatic, forestry and crop- protection business, which was acquired Nufarm Limited in 2008. Throughout his career, Mr. Grow has also held key leadership positions with other agricultural companies including Purfresh, United Agri-Products, Novartis Crop Protection, American Cyanamid and Merck Agvet.

Mr. Grow serves on the boards of The University of Florida Foundation and The National Wild Turkey Federation Foundation.
