Kyle Heberle is an Operating Director at Paine Schwartz Partners.
Mr. Heberle brings more than 20 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry as a trusted CEO and Board member, with his background as a United States Marine strengthening his strategic and tactical approach to resolving complex business opportunities.
Mr. Heberle started his food manufacturing and executive leadership career as a sought-after food industry management consultant assisting food, beverage and CPG companies in transforming their culture, attaining operational excellence, and generating growth. From there he went on to serve in a variety of leadership roles across the food industry, including his past three roles as a successful president and CEO of Rembrandt Foods (leading egg supplier), Trilliant Food and Beverage (producer of coffee and other beverages) and, most recently, TNT Crust, LLC (manufacturer of better-for-you pizza crusts).
Mr. Heberle holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology, where he also sits on the Advisory Board. He was raised outside of St. Louis, Missouri.
