Therisa George is a Director at Paine Schwartz Partners.

Ms. George joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Australis Partners focused on private equity investing in Latin America and served as a board member of various portfolio companies. Previously, Ms. George held several roles at Citi Venture Capital International (now part of The Rohatyn Group) where she was involved in the acquisition, management and realization of private equity investments in Latin America. She began her career as an investment banking professional at Citigroup, Inc.

Ms. George is a graduate of Dartmouth College. She was born in Jamaica, W.I. and raised in New Jersey.
