Ms. Efrem joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at UBS as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Private Funds Group, where she worked on a range of secondary and capital advisory focused transactions for private equity clients. Ms. Efrem graduated from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business (Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude). She was raised in Great Neck, New York.
