Mr. Dogra joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at William Blair as an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A Group, where he worked on transactions for strategic and sponsor clients across various industries.

Mr. Dogra is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario (Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration). He was raised in Toronto, Canada.
