Diane Docimo is a Director of Human Capital at Paine Schwartz Partners.

Ms. Docimo joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2024 and is a member of the firm’s Human Capital team. Before joining, Ms. Docimo served as Head of HR at Coller Capital, Inc. where she was responsible for HR and Talent Management in the US. Her experience also includes her role as an HR Business Partner at Noble Americas Corp supporting the Gas & Power Trading teams and as an Associate HR Business Partner at Gartner, Inc. She has also worked in Human Resources at Diageo North America and Dolce Hotels & Resorts.

Ms. Docimo is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University (Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management). She was born and raised in Orange County, New York.
