Carolina D’Amore Giampietro is a Sustainability Analyst at Paine Schwartz Partners.

Ms. Giampietro joined the Paine Schwartz Partners in 2025 after interning with the firm. In her role, she provides support to the Head of Sustainability and the Investor Relations team. Ms. Giampietro is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara (Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies). She was born in São Paulo, Brazil and raised in Miami, Florida.
