Emma Born is a Performance Excellence Platform Associate at Paine Schwartz Partners.

Ms. Born joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Born worked at Citi as an Investment Banking Associate covering Latin America. She also has experience in the agricultural industry in Argentina, where she managed farms focused on livestock and horse breeding.

Ms. Born is a graduate of Tufts University (Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and International Relations). She was raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
