Mr. Barton joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Piper Sandler as an Investment Banking Analyst, where he worked on a variety of debt, equity, and M&A transactions for strategic and sponsor clients within the Consumer Retail sector.

Mr. Barton is a graduate of the University of Washington (Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance, magna cum laude). He was raised in the Bay Area.
