Michael Miller is a Principal at Paine Schwartz Partners.

Mr. Miller joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Vice President at Incline Equity Partners. He has also held investing roles at J.H. Whitney & Co. and Emil Capital Partners. Mr. Miller’s experience spans from industrials to consumer products, focused primarily on leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments. He began his career as an M&A analyst in the Food & Beverage group at Harris Williams.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (B.S., cum laude), the University of Virginia (M.S., honors), and Columbia Business School (MBA, honors). He was raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
