Mr. Randhawa joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for the private equity firm, Solace Capital Partners, focusing on Special Situation & Distressed investments in various sectors, including consumer and industrials.

Mr. Randhawa is a graduate of Binghamton University (Bachelor of Arts in Math, Bachelor of Science in Accounting concentrated in Quantitative Finance) and was raised in Queens.
