Lauren Metzler is the Manager of Talent and Human Capital at Paine Schwartz Partners.

Ms. Metzler joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2022, and is a member of the firm’s Portfolio Excellence Platform (PEP). Prior to joining, Ms. Metzler worked as a consultant at Korn Ferry, where she was responsible for recruiting and assessing executive talent as part of the global asset management practice.

Ms. Metzler is a graduate of James Madison University (Bachelor of Science in Economics). She was born and raised in East Setauket, New York.
