John Gallotta is a Principal at Paine Schwartz Partners.

Mr. Gallotta joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gallotta worked at KPMG, LLP as a Manager in the Financial Due Diligence group within Transaction Services and in the Banking & Capital Markets Audit practice. While there, he advised on a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as on financial and commercial diligence projects in the insurance and financial technology sectors.

Mr. Gallotta is a graduate of Boston College (Bachelor of Science in Accounting) and was raised in Thornwood, New York. Mr. Gallotta is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
